Acetop Energy provides full-fledged recruitment services to the oil and gas industry. By leveraging on the long-term managerial and professional experience of both our technical advisory team and our recruitment team, we are able to understand and satisfy each client’s specific staffing needs. We provide both expatriate and high-level local experts to various positions including reservoir geologists, seismic interpreters, quantitative geophysicists, reservoir modelers, reservoir engineers, petrophysicists, wellsite operations geologists, well/drilling engineers, drilling HSSE supervisors, petroleum economists, oil and gas accountants, tax and payroll accountants, contracts and procurement staff, etc. Our recruitment services may take the form of:

  • Direct Hire: Acetop Energy helps our clients to identify suitably qualified candidates to meet their staffing needs. As part of our services, we recruit and screen candidates, coordinate client interviews with qualified candidates, and guarantee our client’s satisfaction with their selection. The selected candidate becomes a full-time or part-time staff of our respective clients upon hire.
  • Independent Consultant Services: Under this staffing arrangement, Acetop Energy provides a qualified contract consultant for a specified period or project duration. The consultant will continue to be an employee of Acetop Energy and our clients can avoid the hassles of hiring, managing, and paying independent contractors. This eliminates the administrative burden and confusion surrounding payroll tax deductions and individual country/state tax laws. We will handle contractual, payroll, and administrative tasks including mobility and relocations where required.
  • Contract to Hire: Acetop Energy can also provide a qualified contractor/consultant to the client for a trial period, of up to one year, with the expectation that the assignment may lead to a direct full-time position with the client. Under such an arrangement, we will perform all recruiting, screening, and administrative management leading up to the transition to direct employment by the client.
